Very high turnover rate, lack of communication between management, lack of good benefits, the higher ups make "suggestions" based on numbers they see in an office rather than what is happening on the ground, will lay you off without warning.

Not much negative things to say about this company. Its a lot of hard work and a crazy busy season but I enjoy being productive and the challenge of it all
