Nick is awesome! He's a great boss and very reasonable. He is a super motivated guy and always strives to succeed. He only expects you to work hard... so if you're lazy, then this job is not for you! Work hard and you'll have a great time. It's not hard work once you learn everything and I really enjoyed the work environment. This has been one of my favorite jobs. The Weed Man services are fantastic as well! Thousands of happy customers!

Cons

Dumb customers. The only thing I didn't like was having to deal with angry customers calling in. It was very annoying because the things customers are angry about are ridiculous. People will call in because their grass isn't green and say its our fault. The technician goes out and checks to see why our product hasn't helped their lawn and it turns out the customer hasn't been watering their lawn... well of course your grass isn't green after we service it, you aren't watering it! Dumb customers makes the job suck sometimes. Other than that, great job!

love working outside and i have to be constantly moving throughout the day or I get anxious.

Cons

The hours werent flexible around some of my sports such as, wrestling, football, and rugby.
