Pros

Working inside sales is good work. Base pay plus comissions. Good team at the location I worked at. Had contests and rewards for team sales achievements. Very reasonable manager at this location.

Cons

misleading info on the job ad regarding expected earnings. Commissions are smallish.

• 6 hour shifts during the week, 7 hour shift on Saturdays • $12/h wage plus commission • Managers do try and help

Cons

• only get 1 day off a week, full or part time schedule is M-F and Sat. • Calling uninterested customers who have had Weed Man in the past, to try and sign up again. • lots of part time students, who are loud and obnoxious. • Orientation was pretty much a joke. • No staff, lunch, or break room • Not shown how to fully utilize program
