      Laid-back environment, easy first job out of college and flexible schedule (or so they say)

      Cons

      Constantly working 10-12 hour shifts between January to August 6 days a week. Low pay and empty promises. Soft sales and very unhappy customers as a result of terrible customer service. Understandably, companies have their pros and cons... But Weed Man was such a toxic environment. "Laid-back" environment is a front for the constant gossip, lying and abuse of power.
