Pros

You control what you earn—it’s all based on the effort you put in. The leads are qualified and usually pretty easy to close. You can work as long as you want, and lately they’ve started improving things on the management side. Since getting an HR department, the harassment and threats that used to happen have mostly stopped. Still, it's clear they’ll squeeze as much as they can out of you.

Cons

You work a lot of Saturdays and some Sundays too, plus you're doing 8-hour shifts every day. On top of that, you have to make up hours before taking any time off, and since they pay vacation out on each pay, they basically prevent you from actually taking a proper break. It really feels like they just squeeze everything they can out of their employees—same way they do with their clients.

The support and understanding this company gives you, along with the training, is everything you would hope for and more. The environment truly does feel like a family. routine work that changes with the season, and a competitive environment.

Cons

for a sales position, the pay is below average but manageable. The healthcare plan is expensive.
