Pros
- extremely supportive atmosphere - constant coaching and learning (I've been in sales for 5 years and have learned so many ways to improve in the past few months, and I feel challenged to grow as a sales person) -motivating team and coworkers -Good money and hours (usually 11-8) -actually spend time investing in their employees
Cons
-very little leeway on missing time during the busy season, which happens to be when weather is prettiest and you want to take your kids on spring break. -you hear no a lot. -you start on the toughest leads to crack. -management team is small -QA exists but isn't a must, which may be because this is peak season, but they would benefit from hiring a skilled and experienced QA analyst to avoid soft selling techniques and increase customer satisfaction -remote agents have it the roughest, as often they are not able to receive the same coaching and atmosphere and environment as in the office. -there can sometimes be a lot of pressure from management when trying to work with a client-specific situation to handle it all in one phone call, which cannot always be done. In fact, even the training program they pay for to teach you (which is by far the best program I've ever seen) even states that only 2% of sales are completed in one phone call. -not a lot of room for growth as of yet.
