Pros
Working at Weed Man and seeing the success of the franchise network is very rewarding in itself. Supporting franchisees with their digital marketing and communications needs has been a lot of fun. I get to work collaboratively and independently and have gained a ton of valuable experience in my field. Office hours are good and location is even better!

There are no health benefits (unless paid into) or pension plans available.
