Good pay, benefits, coworkers are very nice and helpfull somtimes better than the management. Its selfx

Cons

Workload is way to much, management teaches you the wroung way of doing things the first year than wants to change everything and is always on your butt about things your doing wroung even When your off clock.

Great way to earn money on the side Making more than minimum wage, plus commission Coworkers are cool for the most part Job itself is actually alright Fridays off

Cons

-Extremely rude customers -Disorganized -Priorities out of whack, to the point that helping an injured coworker instead of closing a deal caused me to get formally reprimanded -impossible to get good leads -Working 5 hours a night in subzero temperatures with 25 mph winds with weather advisory in effect
