My direct boss was a great guy and I was happy to work for him. Good hours if you are looking for something part time / evenings. They will push you to meet quota but in the long run that is good for everyone - including you for your personal growth. Get paid for holidays even though you don't work them

Cons

Didn't like working early Saturday mornings. All hours are mandatory evenings weekdays Mon - Fri and Saturday mornings

- Opportunity to great some great money as a seasonal summer position because of the pay structure is piece work. The harder you work and more service calls completed the more money you make.

Cons

- Weather permitting: Depending on the summer if it rains a lot most likely you will not work.
