The company always asks for more even if you’re already above and beyond Company focused more on sales than industry professionalism Company will at one point put techs in uncomfortable/dangerous situations with 0 accountability to itself No leaders-only sales reps that move up

Management doesnt actually care about employees, one of the trainers got snippy because she was reported for smoking in a work vehicle while a employee with asthma was present (it is against company policy to smoke in vehicles.
