Cons

Don't work there, unless you want your soul crushed, their disgusting and they treat their employees like crap.

Decent pay with good hours if you work hard

Pros

You can get paid production pay which may be more than your hourly if you finish your assigned route early before your scheduled 8 hours and go home early as well.

Cons

Summer days are very hot in the required uniform as your skin needs to be fully covered in full length clothes as well as rubber gloves and pesticide applicant boots that are a bit heavy.
