Driving record does not matter as long as license is valid, Manager reached out to me to address my concerns, good place to work for lazy people to work and for those who are new to the lawn care industry

Cons

Honesty of ownership, disorganized, management and owner seem to lack experience (However, the Manager Ray seems to be making an honest attempt to do right by his employees), pay is not competitive if you're a good technician, took 5 weeks after original pay date to receive my one and only pay check, Assistant Manager tried to talk me out of filing for unemployment after being laid off due to Covid-19

The atmosphere is great and fast paced during the selling seasons. Learn excellent sales techniques and communication skills. Great management. Learn lawn care better than anyone else.

Cons

Long hours typically stay the same during slow season. Expectations for salesman stay the same. For the amount of work sales reps put in, the pay is mediocre.
