U will be laid off in the winter so if u like not working it’s great. They will make u work 65 hours a week in the spring and let u go in june

Great team: Everyone is supportive and helpful, we all work together to achieve our goals. Opportunities for growth: Weed Man is a growing company, and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement. I'm excited to see what the future holds.

Cons

Work can be demanding: Recruiting can be a demanding job, especially during peak season. But the team at Weed Man is very supportive, and we always work together to get the job done.
