Other Techs are good guys and are friends.

Cons

Hard work for not much pay (once worked 9.5 hours and made $80, others have told me they worked for 10.5 hours for $50), paychecks consistently messed up and management expects us to let them know they did their main job wrong. Pushy sales techniques are employed and encouraged. Boss-ware that feels invasive (cameras pointed at your face) and affects your bonus. Complacent management with hypothetical views (one of the managers smokes cigarettes in his company car with the windows up and also in the shop, but our bonus is affected if we vape in the trucks even with the windows down)
