This was my first job as a freshman in high school. In all honesty, taking this job was one of the best decisions I've made in my professional career. Layne and his team are fantastic at coaching young salespeople, they really helped me develop a great foundation that still serves me to this day in B2B sales. Having success in something as hard as door-to-door sales gives you a ton of confidence for every other aspect of your life. Plus, I made more money working just a few hours a week than my friends who would work every single day at other entry-level jobs.

Cons

No cons aside from what would be common with other sales jobs. If it's your first time experiencing the rejection that comes with sales, that can be a tough adjustment. That shouldn't last too long, and Layne and his team can help you through that period.
