I've been working with Weed Man in Annapolis & later Hoover for over 6 years. I couldn't enjoy more the family-oriented & team-centric atmosphere. That being said I've received either or both a promotion/pay raise just about every year. I started in an entry-level position & now am running my own branch.

Cons

There are none to think of.
