      Pros

      As a sales associate at Weedman, I found the job to be average at best. The management was disorganized and there was a lack of proper training. The commission structure was also not as competitive as I had hoped. However, the team was friendly and supportive, and the work-life balance was decent. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not one that I would highly recommend.

      Cons

      Working as a sales associate for Weedman had its ups and downs. While the company provided decent training, I was disappointed with the fact that a significant portion of the leads were recycled and some even didn't consent to being called. This made it difficult to close deals and negatively affected my sales performance. Additionally, the commission structure was not very competitive compared to other companies in the industry.

      Sky's the limit, if you stick with it! Great Place to Learn and Grow

      Pros

      Hourly pay PLUS commission, residual commission that continues year over year, mid-year and year-end bonuses, unlimited earning potential, flexibility to work from home, continued training and development, supervisors who care about you and not just the numbers. Sales team feels like a family. I gave Senior Management 3 stars: because the supervisors and the owners get 5 stars and the department manager gets 1 star.

      Cons

      The sales department manager is the biggest problem here. Luckily, you deal directly with your team supervisor and don't hear from the manager much.

      Pros

      If you can close 20 deals a week you’ll make a decent wage

      Cons

      They give you leads that close at 3% and say good luck. If you somehow close in that they bump you up to 6% and so on. They expect (and seem to want) turnover. Do bad and they put you back on the horrible leads calling the same people day after day.
