Pros

Full time is still relatively seasonal, winter is lighter workload and you can easily take time off with your family Your day can start as soon as the sun comes up so sometimes I was home by 1pm after starting work at 5am.

Cons

I was given a raise, I said thank you and that I know they don't have to but I appreciated it" The very next words out of the owners mouth were, "You're right, we don't have to." And then he left in his brand new luxury car. That was the exact day I started looking to find a different job.
