      nice people, excellent traning program, flexiable schedules. coworkers are great, clean stores, compassate leaders, promotes teamwork. # 1 company to work for.

      Cons

      often feel like a robot. takes advanage of good workers, sceduleing often inconsistent , not easy to become full time. ipms are overrated.....

      Pros

      Friendly work environment, possibility for career advancement, flexible work hours, understanding & caring management, good benefits, 401 k match, & a strong & knowledgeable corporate leadership team.

      Cons

      Pay for long term part time workers is low, younger workers sometimes seem more likely to be promoted when posting for a higher position against an older co-worker. Customer service has become less important since the death of Bob Wegman.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great pay scale. Leadership is well-trained and very employee focused. Lots of focus and time spent on training employees.

      Cons

      Privately owned company is still run like a family business. Promotions are slow to come due to company culture. Promotions are based on years with the company, not as much based on abilities or qualifications.
