      This Corporation Is Terrible

      Pros

      They pretty much won't fire you. They can't afford to.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough to live. They don't give cash bonuses unless you've been there for 5 years so unless you're willing to be homeless, you won't last there. They don't even have "pizza parties" except for holidays and they only offer like a quarter slice of pizza per employee. They CEO gets 5 million dollar bonus every year on top of his huge salary. Managers have zero empathy for other people and constantly shifting blame.

      Still retail pharmacy but slightly better culture than traditional chain pharmacies

      Off site central fill for maintenance scripts MTM initiatives More individualized accountability for the pharmacy as a business compared to the chains Help desk is very informative and useful for third party and other issues

      Cons

      No centralized technician training Recently cut pharmacy hours for most stores meaning reduced base pay with the same amount of work to be accomplished
