-Schedule is made 3 weeks in advance so it can be annoying to request time off -Management does not seem to take your availability into account when creating the schedule -Almost every week I had to speak to management about changing my schedule because they had made a mistake -Managers do not communicate with each other which leads to confusion and frustration -The hours you will work are unpredictable and usually not ideal (e.g. I'm a college student and some weeks I would only get 6 hrs whereas others I would have 8 hr shifts three days in a row)

The struggle between old school managers and new school can be difficult and frustrating. Also old managers who aren't trained to the standards of new managers often earn far more. Old asm pay 55 to 65 new asm pay 42 to 53, can be a little discouraging.
