Pros

Friendly people, flexible hours, relatively easy job. They will work with your schedule, especially if you are in high school. Make a dollar more per hour on Sundays.

Cons

The pay was terrible, I worked there for over two years and was barely making above minimum wage. Higher management does not appreciate the lower employees. Good employees get the same recognition as bad employees and if you want to move up you have to ask multiple times. Unpredictable hours. 12 hours one week and 30 hours the next. Didn't get the schedule until sometimes the day before which was very inconvenient

Pros

For starters, I was hired immediately. The job is ok if you are a college student looking to put some money in your pocket. The staff is pretty friendly for the most part and the environment is stable.

Cons

The starting pay has been the same for a few years now from what other employees tell me. I started at $9.00 and come to find out that there is really no going up from there. Some employees have been there for at least three years and are still making the same. There are no opportunities for full-time hours unless you are in a management position. There are no benefits. The employees do not feel a sense of pride and it radiates to the others. There is almost no true feeling of "wanting" to work there, rather there is more of "this was all I could find". No one looks forward to coming to work. This is definitely not the place to try and be the bread winner for your house hold and don't expect any major raises in the coming decades.
