      Pros

      The employer discount is pretty good and we have a bsafe (basically bingo) and if you have bsafe you get money ranging from 25 to 100. Usually when it gets higher it's either cover all or corners

      Cons

      Being a minor sucks. I can only work 4 hours. They say up to 7 blah blah but I have to have an hour break if I work more than 4 and they don't like to do that obviously

      Pros

      The job pays good and has air conditioning in the summer. It will keep you in shape by repeatedly lifting boxes.

      Cons

      Working nights untill you can find a spot on day shift. The job gets repetitive and makes you feel like a robot

      Hardly any pros of working here I promise because I seriously had the most miserable time of my life at this place. - $9.00 minimum wage - Paid weekly

      Here come the cons and I am simply going to say that the management was so bad and so unorganized I have never seen anything like it! It's pretty bad too when managers lie to you and the employees that are also there hardly work. Those managers lied to me all the time and that is why I quit immediately. I am not going into details or any situations that have happened. Here are the cons - Management is horrible and unorganized - Managers lie to you all the time - Employees are highly rude and NOT trustworthy - No set schedule (your schedule will change every single week) - No competitive pay (another thing they lie to you about) - Employees hardly work - Store is greatly unorganized - Weis doesn't really make a lot of business Please, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORKING HERE!!!!!!!!!
