      Pros

      The benefits are just okay and the salaries can be competitive if you negotiate.

      Cons

      Very dysfunctional management, poor communication between and within departments. Very limited chances for advancement and lots of favoritism. If you know and get in with the right people (kiss butt?) you can go far. This is not about store associates but the Store Support Center in Sunbury.

      Pros

      The people that worked there are really nice and friendly. They always had extra hours to pick up. Overall not bad.

      Cons

      It was hard to get a weekend off. Even if you asked for days off weeks in advance, you would still get scheduled and have to find your own replacement.

      *Nice environment *Friendly Management *Good selection of food *Focus on quality *Training for different departments to lower turnover rate and quickly fill gaps when people quit

      Cons

      *Can be more organized *The instructional pictures can be upgraded in quality from the black and white photos that look like they were taken out of the printer and, while wet, viciously smeared. They have not taken the time to upgrade these, at least at my store, for decades.
