Mgmt gives 1 day of training. After, expected to work on your own, by yourself, complete a long list of task by then end of your shift even though your brand new and still unsure of things because you are new, Accuses you of not doing your job even though you busted your butt the entire shift. Employees fear not getting things done so they don't take their breaks, instead keep working and try to get the sometimes impossible done. Some employees use there phones to take before&after pics of their work to prove they did do the work.
