Lenient with hours (That honestly is about all I can think of- RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!)

Cons

VERY POOR PAY RATE. I make only $7.25/hour, barely enough to pay the bills. Also, if you are legitimately ill, they would rather you infect customers and fellow employees than call off (even with a doctor's note). Also, be aware of their ridiculous policies. This job is NOT worth the money it pays. McDonald's even payed me more money, and that's sad... Also, do NOT accept to stay even one minute past your shift, because to them, that means that it will be okay to schedule you for 12 hour shifts without a break, simply because they can once you are over 18.

There is a lot to learn at Weis Market. If you put a lot of effort into your job there are opportunities but they are very slim. Good for a starter job

Cons

This company has a big problem with the management and corporate. Dealing with either of them is a nightmare. Trying to get proper help from them is like pulling teeth. The stores never have payroll and were always cutting hours. Store managers would put in vacation so they could make payroll. Lazy people got praised and hard workers got punished. I saw a lot of unethical things being done at that company.

The work overnight is quiet and without much interruption, and daytime supervisors.

Cons

Not enough workers to go around, one person calls out, everybody's pretty much screwed. The pay is on the lowest end for the work. No regular schedule.
