      Work hard and get nowhere

      Pros

      Work around schedule, but only the required hours not preferred availability. Full time has decent benefits if you don't smoke.

      Cons

      Management can be good or bad depending on their mood, there is no room for advancement even if you're promoted, they suddenly have no openings for full time even if it's a full time position, favoritism and hours are for the new employees, anyone with seniority will constantly have hours cut until you're down to once a week or once every two weeks. Part time medical is subsidiary not insurance.

      Pros

      Good experience and high standards. Learned allot in the time I was with the company which will help me in my future but with another company.

      Cons

      Under compensated. The company is over demanding and makes running your department very difficult. Start treating your employees with respect.

      -Pay and benefits good for full timers. -Paid weekly, which is nice. -Schedules are flexible -Busy at work so time goes fast

      Cons

      -Typical retail hours - so working weekends and evenings are always required, which takes you away from family time and social life. -Often times there is an insane amount of work expected to be done with little to no help. -Your 2 Days off per week aren't always consecutive
