Used to be a great place to work but its gone way downhill in recent years
Pros
Flexible hours, Christmas Bonus, Paid Vacations, friendly co-workers, nice customers and low to mid-level managers are pretty good to employees.
Cons
Upper management/DM are usually incompetent, don’t listen to complaints or concerns and bully other managers/employees for no real reason causing incredible amounts of drama and stress in the workplace and destroy morale. Employee hours constantly cut and no overtime is allowed no matter how much it is needed and all shifts are totally understaffed and overworked but expected to do the same or double the amount of work. New Employees are rarely given the training they actually need to do the job they are hired for. Employees are shifted from department to department with no notice or training.
