There is latitude here from the Corporate HQ for local traditions & preferences Benefits are good, mostly standard, appreciate the 401K match Our products are still very good in the industry

Cons

Union members frequently complain to management about non-Union people while they themselves can be lazy and argumentative Some older, long-serving employees (especially Engineering) have drawn boundaries, are often unwilling to contribute to problem-solving
