Pros

I have found Welbilt to be a team oriented collaborative work environment. There is no shortage of challenges or learning opportunities- if you're looking to learn and grow as a professional, the opportunity is there and the management team supports internal growth. The flexible remote work policy is a huge pro. CEO and executive team really care about their employees.

Cons

Vacation time is not as competitive as other companies of this size. We also operate very lean and it can sometimes make work life balance difficult in certain departments.

Staff an management easy to communicate with. Workplace clean an tidy. Decent pay.

Cons

Honestly there's only 2 jobs I can't hit the times on. But as a tig welder there asking for speed which if your willing to graft isn't a issue but the con most people say is speed an time here. Don't let it put you off . Its a good work place
