Pros

- Good coworkers and culture at the business unit - Good local leadership

Cons

- Corporate Executive team has poor leadership skills and some are unethical - Corporate Executive leadership focuses on short term instead of long term - Constant downsizing makes it impossible to have enough people to do work at the business units - Benefits and pension are below market - Senior Execs over-promise to customers - No work-life balance - you will be used up and then terminated

Pros

Some good people remain in the customer facing roles, but they are over worked and under resourced

Cons

sub par management that repeatedly fail to face up the systemic problems the company faces. Way too many VP's who add little to no value. The Executive team is focused only on quarterly results and then wonder why the company has lost all connection with it's customers.
