Pros

Everyone is very nice and fun to talk to. Cool fun office games and rewards. Operators are friendly (for the most part). Upper management can be very understanding.

Cons

Communication across the plant is horrid. Plans are never fully implemented due to the changing of priorities by the daily/hourly.

Continue to grow in the right direction. Welbilt has made alot of positive changes over the past couple years. Great CEO, great vision and a bright future. Collaborative, hard-working, family-like atmosphere.

Cons

Business operates very lean on employees which can be difficult at times.
