Pros is the nature of the job, its quite enjoyable when it comes to the job itself and a few of the engineers are nice.

Cons

Really bad management who never see the best in you or encourage you. As an engineer I would never recommend any engineer to work for welbilt.

Customer service department is super amazing working environment. people work here for years. someone retired 50 years working here.

Cons

*they feed you too much but that's also a good thing. *not much career growth as people don't leave the company so spots don't open up. *salary could be better. *insurance is medium level.

Cons

Concord branch has a very boring and depressing work environment. The company lacks culture. People don’t talk because you are not allowed to mingle and have a conversation which has become the culture. The company is stuck in their ways of 1980s. There is not much room for growth and opportunity. This is just a job, not a career. If you want to build a career then look elsewhere.
