Pros

Everyone is very nice and fun to talk to. Cool fun office games and rewards. Operators are friendly (for the most part). Upper management can be very understanding.

Cons

Communication across the plant is horrid. Plans are never fully implemented due to the changing of priorities by the daily/hourly.

Asked permission to go to Mother in Laws funeral (been my mom for 22 years) and they actually said no… zero humanity and dignity or respect for employees or their families. Officially looking for new work.
