The canteen is okay. The working environment is clean. The shop floor team are friendly.

Cons

Totally boring & repetitive. They just expect to you to hit targets & zero interest in your mental health or wellbeing, You are not treat like a person you’re just a number. The management is totally incompetent leadership skills, especially in the fabrication department.

Pros

No Management, no HR on site. When hired was told hours were 0700 till 1500. Second day, I was asked, instead of 1 hour lunch break can you only take 30 min? Third day was told you can't leave at 1500 the work is not done, everyone needs to work until 1800.

Cons

Welbilt only hires temps, during interview you are told your position will become permanent. Worked every Saturday

Brilliant people who are happy to share and teach. Organized yet still flexible with the scope of work, They encourage you to grow your strengths.

Cons

As with anywhere, management comes in many shapes and sizes. Some were average to above average leaders, but there were some rockstars that elevated their team to incredible heights.
