Pros

you are not on the streets some co-workers are nice to you consistent hours overtime is not mandated

Cons

laughable pay Union is a joke. You will retire before promotion no advancement no appreciation management is a joke some co-workers( like 50% or so) have delirium no socialization most of the time

The company provides great solutions by combining a great portfolio of global leading and renown brands within the foodservice equipment industry.

Cons

Since the taker over by Ali Group there are many changes in execution, some of which are going in the right strategic direction but some are just cost cutting exercises which most likely may be counterproductive and hindering the full growth potential of the company with all its great brands, strong key account relationships as well as a strong dealer and service network across the world,
