Good Pay-The compensation is really good High-Profile Events: You get to work at upscale events—political galas, celebrity functions, private luxury venues.
Cons
High-Stress Environment: Events can be fast-paced, chaotic, and physically demanding, especially when things don’t go to plan. Rude Chefs or Staff: Some kitchen staff or managers may be aggressive or disrespectful under pressure—people have cried.
