      Pros

      Rewarding to work for a healthcare software company where I feel like what we do makes an impact for patients and clients. Company is rapidly growing and acquiring other companies in this space which gives employees more opportunities for advancement and to learn other products. Above average benefits, floating holidays, and work life balance. Co-workers are nice, hardworking and really care about the company.

      Sometimes it can be challenging to accomplish your everyday work while integrating new acquisitions

      Pros

      Mediware has grown rapidly in the past few years and continues to do so. The company has lots of growth potential in the future. The staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming since I have been with the company. My team of co-workers are a pleasure to work with and the atmosphere is comfortable. The benefits are favorable and fit everything I need.

      Cons

      I don't have any major concerns about Mediware. While there is always room for improvement, Mediware has been a satisfying company to be a part of.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Pleasant atmosphere. Ability to work independently. Forward looking company. I really like it there. The CEO has a good attitude and trusts the employees.

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints. Came from the same job in a similar industry and this is so much better.
