My department is chaotic. You’re thrown into different products where you have limited experience with and expected to resolve these issues. You get zero recognition for your hard-work and zero support from management. Morale is pretty low and looking around my department I can see a lot of disengaged co-workers. The interview process seems great but once you start working for a few months you’ll start to see the problems. It’s all work hard and no play.

The culture before becoming Wellsky was like coming to work with friends. The new ownership and ceo have done a great job in driving further divisions between people than before.
