Pros

It was close to my home.

Cons

Where to start. Direct management was absent and disengaged. Training was essentially not existent. A few teammates were simply unwilling to answer questions and very mean. The product is beyond outdated and built on the chassis of a completely unrelated application. The application is not hosted, so support is virtually impossible. The business relies on small mom & pop's that are completely dependent upon the company for constant support. I hated working there and would not recommend anyone go into this dumpster fire.

Pros

Its ok for those who want to clock-in/out and just go about their life, if you are not looking to move up in managment - -Good purpose you're contributing to -On-site perks if you're located HQ

Cons

-Pay and raises are horrible . 3% for going above and beyond is terrible -Difficult to get recognized or move up up -Leadership is intelligent, but they don't seem genuine – Company is trying to improve worker experience, which is a pro. But only after it became terrible -Employees at acquired companies are treated like 2nd class -Company will acquire other brands to build their network and market coverage, but will mishandle them, hurt brand credibility by changing the name to WellSky, and also confuse customers into thinking all the softwares are connectable with each other when they are aren't – Employee Churn -HQ pushes for on-site work -Company having a hiring freeze when knowingly have need to fill positions on certain teams that are struggling to keep up with day to day work and more concerned about their metrics and numbers. And won’t hire any more remotes which what workers are wanting these days. Making some of them come in to office when the other coworkers are fully remote. Pushing them to look for other opportunities.

Pros

The people I worked with directly were great.

Cons

The support team has been grossly mismanaged. All they needed to do was hire more people to address the massive backlog and for some reason they would only hire 1 or 2 a year and only if someone else quit
