      Bit of a Dead End

      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone gets along well and is generally willing to help each other. The company tries to keep employees informed about the state of the company with regular company wide meetings and quarterly division meetings. Technology is adequate.

      Cons

      Running by the seat of our pants. Change process management is almost non-existent, constantly putting out fires, manpower resource allocation is not good leaving customers dissatisfied with responsiveness. Training opportunities are non-existent. The division I work in was acquired and the assimilation process has been very shaky.

      Pros

      Time off policy as well as co-workers.

      Cons

      Upper management refuses to listen to its employees. Corporate environment is dreadful. Yearly layoffs and they never replace any employees who leave on their own accord. We've gone years not selling systems in certain product lines, however the only ones who pay for it are the employees via layoffs.
