      New management cutting employee level so can bring in exec management

      Pros

      Fast growing company. Used to be a great place to work but not any more.

      Cons

      Wellsky has become way too top heavy by adding lots of executive management. They have cut long-tenured employees who built the company with their blood, sweat, and tears to afford the big salaries of all the execs they are adding were friends from Cerner/Optum.       Pros

      Opportunity to develop and implement different initiatives. Diverse portfolio and passionate Product Management team.

      Cons

      No diversity (African Americans, Latino, etc.) in Senior Executive Management and/or C-Suite levels. There are about 3 Caucasian women SVPs but no women on the C-Suite level. Don’t know the company’s true value of diversity and inclusion as it is known that there should be diversity on all levels. There is no clear path for job advancement - technical or managerial.

      Unlimited vacation Great coworkers That's about it

      Raises are capped at 4% Recruited as hybrid work, but 5 day in office mandate goes into effect in July for "collaboration" 70% of the company is remote, including nearly all leaders at director and above Constantly being afraid of layoffs due to "bad quarters" Sales floor passes around wine at 8:30AM to celebrate great quarters a day later Leadership then makes things seem like the company is in dire straits No off cycle promotions, except for upper leadership HR does NOT reach out to internal candidates to let them know if they are not going to be interviewed. No emails are sent out, no pings, absolutely no communication
