There's a lot of work, but with many different teams under the WellSky umbrella, you'll have an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate on some of the most important problems our society faces.
Cons
Since WellSky is private-equity owned, there are a lot of roadmap shifts to show vision/promise during capital cycles. It's hard to stay focused for the long-term, and WellSky previously has said that they are a sales-led organization, which means product (solutions) teams are built to serve sales needs and don't have as much autonomy and focus as they otherwise would.
