      Scaling healthcare company that will result in a buy out and Layoffs. Get ready to be micromanaged!

      I do like my job, but it’s getting exhausting. If you aren’t a workaholic without kids you won’t thrive here. Tons of middle management. Toxic culture that fails to recognize paternity or maternity leave, health concerns, and neurodivergence. 70% of staff is remote so all meetings are virtual. Company is tracking badge scans and IP addresses. Culture promotes hyper vigilance and increasing big brother behavior. Everyday occurrence of blame shifting and gas lighting. Promotions are used as motivation but get ready for the bar to change and for always something to be your fault.
