      WHQ is beautiful with lots of amenities and free snacks

      Cons

      No clear direction on any thing. A lot of “fluff” within the HCS clinical leadership team and they’ve show favoritism. No onboarding or training program and you are expected to train yourself on over 300 line items within a short time span and then train pharmacists on software. No structure. No guidance or advice unless you are the manager’s previous employee or one of their favorites.

      Health insurance Unlimited PTO Gym Bring Your Child to Work Day

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO only applies to salaried employees, not hourly. You’ll have so much busy work that you’ll be working while using PTO. The Good Ole Boys will micromanage you until you quit. Annual raises are minimal and shared amongst your team. In office 4 days a week and moving to 5 in July. They monitor your badge swipes and IP address to ensure you come into the office and stay all day. “In-person collaboration” is a buzzphrase, but all meetings are virtual. The gym is so small that you can't use a treadmill during lunch or after work, and the locker room only has two showers.
