      Pros

      The atmosphere here is welcoming, with a real emphasis on teamwork, which is great. Things move fast which can be a challenge, but it keeps you sharp. Compensation is fair for the work we do. What I admire most is our focus on improving patient care, with a keen eye on both quality and financial metrics. There are also opportunities for growth if you're willing to seize them.

      Cons

      Much of the fast growth has come from acquisitions. This type of growth comes with some growing pains as we try to align.

      Cons: Big boys club The commission structures are ridiculous, making less than 0.50% on some Will try to force new products that dont work or are net necessary to clients. Communication isnt the best
