Benefits package is good (medical insurance, etc)

Cons

Horrible work environment with support leadership asleep. Most managers skip out on important meetings. Turnover is the worst I’ve ever seen in my career. Compensation is not anywhere close to competition and absolutely zero advancement opportunities.
