      Great employees work there and a lot of collaboration. They have a huge devotion to their client base and try their hardest to please their needs.

      Cons

      Upper management has never been great. Because they're so client focused they put blinders on how their operations and employees are doing. Not much career growth, especially if you want to move to a different department, management will not help you reach your goals.
