Cool building with nice amenities. The current hybrid schedule that will no doubt be taken away. Definitely some quality talent, but anyone with a brain is looking for other opportunities.

Cons

Most frustrating place I’ve ever worked. Low performers are tolerated and the rest of the team must pick up their slack and fix their mistakes. It can take weeks of following up to get a response from managers. Constantly acquiring companies is adding to the chaos. The lack of basic training on what we do and the services we provide leaves you feeling embarrassed when answering client questions. Hated being the bad guy telling clients they have no way out of their contract regardless of their situation.
