Pros

VERY Good Work/Life balance. Management is very receptive to the need for a life outside of work and encourages its employees to take care of their personal matters. Fairly casual atmosphere.

Cons

Very little technical documentation which can be very frustrating for new developers starting out, and apparently there is little effort being put forth to rectify that situation. Very many other nuances that just add strife to the life of a developer.

Cons

It's a boy's club. The worst leaders from Cerner migrated to "Cerner South" and imported their bad leaders as well. If you are in KC you will enjoy the work, if you're remote you are locked out of the company and culture.
